Rod is Home

Rod: I'm home. Mom shipped me off for two nights to this place where I had to be in a steel cage while some guy stuck things down my throat and up my a**. Apparently there is still stuff in there but the vet is confident I can poop it out myself (still haven't though) and has sent me how where he thinks I'll be more comfortable. Duh. However, I have to wear this plastic blue cone thing to keep myself from touching my face, which is apparently not a mite, but the vet doesn't know what it is, so he wants to see if it will heal without my itching it.
Jimmy: I've been hissing at Rod all day. He looks weird with his blue cone. Not like my baby brother. This will take some getting used to.
Erinn: Thank goodness Rod is home. Thanks for all your thoughts! :) Hopefully he will poop soon!

Rod, I hope you are feeling better, it must be good to be home. Sorry you have to wear the cone thing. We will all anxiously await your pooping!

Jimmy, Rod just smells funny from the vet. It will wear off and he will have his usual stink back soon.

Hope you're feelin' real better very soon, Rod!

We know that your takin' good care of him, Jimmy - try very hard not to laff at his cone, okay . . .

Rod, so glad you're doing better. Give us a litterbox update!

Jimmy, don't make fun of the cone. Be glad it's not you wearing it.
